This grade of the coil is having high tensile strength, high hardness, and high ductility. 439 stainless steel grades are fully capable of being easily made into the complex shapes. It is like tubular manifolds and the exhaust system components wherein temp goes beyond oxidation limit of other grades. It is preferred wherein the wet corrosion resistance, particularly to the chlorides, is required. Stainless Steel 439 Coils has excellent brightness, good weldability and pitting corrosion resistance. It polishes very well and is excellent for deeper drawings.
